NO infants or children under 10. This is an equine property, with dams, creeks and rough terrain, therefore ALL children must be supervised at all times

Loud music and talk to be taken inside after 10pm (sound travels a long distance in the country)

No shooting is allowed on the property

No quads or motorbikes are to be ridden on the property

Vehicles must only be driven to and from Arundel Cottage on the driveway and not on any other part of the property. Please observe the 20kph speed limit on our driveway: children and horses may be on the roadway, as well as native wildlife

No vehicle access through the back gate of the cottage yard to the back paddocks. This is not a safe road, especially when wet

No chasing and disturbing livestock 

No smoking inside the cottage


Full payment is requested at the time of booking. A refundable bond of $300 (processed within 24 hours after checkout) is also required, along with photo ID in your name showing your current address.

For a full refund of accommodation fees (less charges from financial institutions), cancellation must be made at least five full days prior to check-in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check-in time.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
